Imlay City Medical is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team in Imlay City, MI. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Schedule patient appointments
• Verify patient insurance information
• Perform general clerical support tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
