Position: Pizza Cook- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available! Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Job Classification: Food Service Age Requirement : 16 Years old At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide Good Food, Good Beer, and Good Times to our guests. We have been committed to achieving this goal since 2003, and are looking for hardworking individuals to join in this mission as part of our brick oven pizza team. Whether you are a culinary professional or interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.
Position Duties:

- Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
- Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough
- Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard - open kitchen
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
