What You’ll Do: Drive the RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholders. Negotiate best‑in‑class value through thorough cost negotiation. Close contract negotiations to support a successful transition into production. Manage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with cross‑functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiency. Travel: 20% What You Need: BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience. Automotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertise. In‑depth knowledge of high‑volume supply contracts. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving, and highly‑regulated environment. Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills. Ability to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisions. An insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail. Solid analytical and computer skills (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides). Bonus Qualifications: Training in presentation and communication skills. APICS Certification. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $155,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
