Client Success Trainee (Remote 1099, Performance-Based Income)
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Client Success Trainee to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with performance-based, 100% commission income. In this entry-level position, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship to help you build the foundation for a long-term career in client support and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and is eager to learn while building their own business.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one
- Support clients with product or service questions and help resolve concerns
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video meetings
- Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions
- Track all client interactions and activity using company systems
- Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and eager to provide excellent service
- Organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Self-motivated and coachable with strong attention to detail
- Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
