Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant to join the EASY Project.

The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle EBS modules, and developing technical extensions, reports, interfaces, and integrations.

The role involves the complete project delivery lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, go-live, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional design documents (MD.050 / BR.100 or equivalent).
• Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 modules, including:
• Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
• Supply Chain Management: PO, INV, OM.
• HRMS.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Oracle functionality before considering customizations.
• Prepare test scripts and lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare user guides and provide end-user training.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and develop RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
• Develop using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher (XML Publisher), Oracle Forms, and OAF.
• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces using open interface tables and public APIs.
• Plan and execute data migration and conversion from legacy systems.
• Prepare technical design documents (MD.070).
• Manage code migration across Oracle EBS instances.
• Troubleshoot production issues, raise and track Oracle Support Requests (SRs), and apply patches when required.

Project Delivery Responsibilities

• Estimate project effort and track deliverables against EASY Project milestones.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, DBAs, and integration partners.
• Follow project change management and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle EBS experience.
• Experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementations or upgrades.
• Hands-on functional expertise in at least 2 Oracle EBS modules.
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle Forms or OAF.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS data models, open interfaces, public APIs, and concurrent programs.
• Experience with data conversion and integration from legacy or third-party systems.
• Familiarity with AIM or OUM documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EBS certification in Financials, SCM, or Technical.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow and Approvals Management Engine (AME).
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or other middleware.
• Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 online patching (ADOP) and Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or EBS-to-Cloud coexistence.
• Relevant industry experience aligned with the EASY Project's business domain.
