The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

• Chamber Wet Cleans Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
• Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
• Pump purging of gas lines.
• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
• Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown.
• Power off all the system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures.
• Daily pre-task planning with the customer
• Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
• Reporting the status of the Decon project.
• Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM Equipment.
• Knowledge of PVD/CVD/EPI/Gamma/Legacy M and MV-series tools.
• Minimum of 5 + years of direct OEM experience

Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
