Role Overview As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you'll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, supporting membership growth, and contributing to the studio's overall revenue and retention goals. This role requires a nurse who is comfortable operating in a retail sales environment, understands the value of relationship-based selling, and actively participates in converting consultations into services, memberships, and long-term client engagement.

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

Certifications

• Current BLS certification.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• Minimum 1 year of experience administering high-volume IV therapies and injections.
• Prior experience in wellness, concierge medicine, aesthetics, retail healthcare, or cash-pay healthcare environments preferred.
• Previous sales, membership, or commission-based experience strongly preferred.
