A thriving, long-standing outpatient pediatric practice in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its team as the current lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established, loyal patient base and enjoy true worklife balance in one of the most desirable regions in the country.

Position Highlights

Outpatient only zero hospital responsibilities

No call all after-hours calls handled by a triage service

MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM

No nights, weekends, or extended hours

Standard patient volume: ~24 patients per day

Work alongside a highly experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and strong clinical support team

Practice Philosophy
