Travel RN - ICUAmerican Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring active NH or compact RN licensure and 2-3+ years of ICU experience.ICU setting with 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), every other weekend3 shifts per week, 36 guaranteed hours weeklyContract includes holiday coverage through 1/9Floating required to ED (not just holds), Stepdown, and Med Surg with modified assignmentMay also float to Behavioral Health, and to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-FranklinUses balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, arctic sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusersNo on-call requirementsActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration (temporary license not accepted)2-3+ years of ICU experience required; candidates closer to 2 years must demonstrate strong, independent, and fast-paced clinical skillsCVICU experience preferredCerner EMR experience preferred but not requiredRN Skills Checklist matching specialty requiredDriver's license with address matching demographics requiredRTO must be included at time of consideration3 professional references required once committed, at least 2 from leadershipDeliver ICU-level care with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly across a variety of patient conditionsWeekly orientation providedLocal candidates within 50 miles accepted at the local rateRadius rule of 50 miles applies for travel rate eligibilityFormer perm staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in serviceFirst-time travelers will not be considered for this position
