Material Handler - Water Strider

Current Shift: Rotating Weekly Between: 4:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday and 4:00am-4:30pm Monday – Wednesday Overtime may be required. KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state-of-the‑art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude. Essential Functions Move controls to drive gasoline-or electric powered-trucks, tractors or forklifts, side loader and transport material between loading, processing, manufacturing, and storage areas; load, unload, transport, and stack material. Deliver finished parts to storage locations. Provide raw materials as needed for production processes. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles: cleaning, fueling, or recharging batteries. Arrivals at work, meetings, and appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled. Operates various machinery in the area. Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals on time. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.) May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening. Previous experience preferred but not necessary. Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Working Conditions Exposure to continual noise daily from machines. Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments indoors and outdoors. Equipment/Machinery Used Extruder.
