Vice President of Technical Services/Commercial Roofing

The Vice President of Technical Services (“VPTS”) is responsible for establishing, implementing and enforcing all technical policies related to the sale, use and installation of Target Market Roofing & Waterproofing (“TMRW”) products and systems. By balancing sales potential and opportunities against associated potential risks, the VPTS helps insure the roofing division’s long term, sustainable growth. Base salary will range from 160K - 195K based on experience. Postiion is also bonus eligible. As a member of TMRW’s Management Team, the VPTS assists in the development and execution of the business unit’s strategy. Responsibilities The leadership and management of the Technical Services Department staff. Is identified internally and externally as the face of Sika Corporation’s Roofing Division The VPTS will directly, or indirectly, through the delegation of duties to team members as may be required to: Provide technical consultation and solutions internally and externally Draft and maintain technical information and policies Provide concise reporting of warranty claims and assist with dispute resolutions Make well-informed decisions to support the growth and overall health of the TMRW business.
