Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook all menu items with accuracy and consistency
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after food preparation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and proper storage of supplies
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment
• Champion The Maverick Way by bringing energy, pride, and teamwork to every shift

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Details:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available; Swing Shift
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Must obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License
