Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining the general ledger. Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting functions and reporting. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 2–3 years of accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
