ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

As a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst, the remote position will lead end-to-end requirement discovery for complex initiatives, translating business needs into actionable solutions while collaborating with senior stakeholders and ServiceNow teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders, leading requirement discovery sessions and capturing business objectives Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy Document and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in Agile ceremonies throughout the delivery lifecycle Required qualifications 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise-scale technology environments 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across various modules such as CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and data quality enhancements Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with global teams in offshore-onshore delivery models
