Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups designed to support patients in understanding mental health conditions and improving coping strategies. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies to de-escalate situations and ensure the immediate safety of affected individuals. \n
- Educate clients about their diagnosis, mental health treatments, and community resources available to support their ongoing recovery. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Actively participate in case consultations and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on industry trends. \n

The compensation for this role ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
