Worth, a MAGNET, and Texas 10-Step facility, has been named “Best Place to Have a Baby” and Maternal Level IV designated facility Work hours: PRN: On an as needed basis, 6:45PM-7:15AM with weekend and holiday coverage Maternal/Newborn, Couplet Care Department highlights: Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team 27-bed Maternal/Newborn unit Average between 275 to 300 deliveries per month Utilize the following skills: Breastfeeding education/resources, responsible for both mom and baby (Couplet Care) #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Health Resources, Inc.
