We are looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to build a career in acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions and developing expertise in identifying investment opportunities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound lead generation, relationship building, and creating opportunities through consistent daily activity.
You will learn how to source potential investment properties, connect with homeowners, and uncover opportunities through prospecting, follow-up, and meaningful conversations. Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will gain exposure to property analysis, negotiation strategies, offer preparation, and the processes that help move opportunities from the first conversation through closing.
The focus is on creating consistent activity, strengthening communication skills, and developing the ability to identify value where others may overlook it. Through hands-on experience, coaching, and accountability, you will continue building confidence while learning how successful acquisitions specialists generate opportunities and maintain productive pipelines.
