Step into a dynamic school-based role focused on supporting students with diverse communication needs. Full-time roles and maternity leave coverage are available on a contract basis, offering in-person opportunities within a collaborative educational environment. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of post-certification experience as an SLP through ASHA and demonstrate strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP license with ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY, or SLPA with appropriate credentials
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience after ASHA SLP certification date
• Demonstrated expertise in working within a school setting
• Comfortable addressing a range of communication challenges
• Experience or willingness to supervise SLPAs, including support with treatment delivery, progress monitoring, data collection, and reporting
• Familiarity with Special Education Eligibility Evaluations (initial and re-evaluations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person speech therapy services to assigned caseloads, adapting to changing student needs and enrollment
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and best practices
• Complete eligibility evaluations and actively participate in all facets of the IEP process, including initial, re-evaluation, and annual meetings
• Present evaluation findings and data, contribute recommendations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary IEP teams
• Write and update IEP documents, tailoring goals and objectives to support students' ongoing progress
