Primary Therapist

Valeo Resources has partnered with a new substance use treatment facility set to open at the end of Q2 2025! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Primary Therapist to join the team in Malvern, PA ! In this role, you will be providng therapy to adults suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. This is a direct hire, W-2 position with benefits.

Position : Primary Therapist

Company : PHP/IOP Facility

Location : Malvern, Pennsylvania

Schedule : M-F, day shifts

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.) in treatment delivery
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor progress
Support clients in developing relapse prevention strategies and healthy life skills

Requirements:

Independently licensed in state of Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
1+ year of clinical experience in a substance use treatment setting required
Must be comfortable with start-up environment
