Keep all buildings and common areas free of debris and trash, including anywhere visible to students and parents Repair fences, gates, walls, and walkways Paint fences and outbuildings Clean out drainage, ditches, and culverts Perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, etc. Make minor repairs on all maintenance equipment Notify supervisor of hazardous conditions and safety issues Assist with inclement weather needs (i.e. floods, snow, ice, etc.) Perform other property service related tasks as assigned Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior grounds-keeping, landscaping or related work experience required Certified Pool Operator designation preferred (if applicable) Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time; Ability to use hands and fingers; Ability to speak, see, and hear; Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; Ability to walk and climb stairs; Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
