Barista

Barista Position

We are looking for baristas to join our team! We are looking for full-time and part-time employees to work weekdays and weekends. We are looking for fun, motivated, and hardworking people to join our team.

Essential functions:

• Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile
• Take drink orders from customers while paying attention to details such as preferences of drinks, food, beverage preferences etc.
• Prepare beverages following recipes exactly as specified by the recipe list
• Serve beverages, snacks, and pastries from a stock that has been properly stored throughout the shift
• Receive and process payments (cash & credit cards)
• Cleaning duties as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Skills:

• Experience in food service or restaurant is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with manager about problems or questions that arise in the line of work
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (optional)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (optional)

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
