Barista Position
We are looking for baristas to join our team! We are looking for full-time and part-time employees to work weekdays and weekends. We are looking for fun, motivated, and hardworking people to join our team.
Essential functions:
- Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile
- Take drink orders from customers while paying attention to details such as preferences of drinks, food, beverage preferences, etc.
- Prepare beverages following recipes exactly as specified by the recipe list
- Serve beverages, snacks, and pastries from a stock that has been properly stored throughout the shift
- Receive and process payments (cash & credit cards)
- Cleaning duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
Skills:
- Experience in food service or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with manager about problems or questions that arise in the line of work
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (optional)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (optional)
Experience:
- Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
