As the Design Director, Practice Solutions, you will own and drive the design direction for a critical part of our platform, shaping how providers run and grow their practices while improving how patients access care. You will lead a team of designers and help to define the product and design strategy for the Practice Solutions domain, ensuring that experiences are cohesive, scalable, and deliver meaningful business and user outcomes. This role requires strong systems thinking across a multi‑side platform, as well as the ability to connect long‑term vision with near‑term execution. As we evolve toward AI‑native product development, you will guide teams in adopting new tools and workflows, helping define how design and engineering collaborate in an AI‑driven environment and ensuring we build products with greater speed, quality, and leverage. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
