As an Employment Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities while supporting our clients’ hiring needs. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Build strong relationships with current clients and assist in meeting their hiring needs. - Meet job seekers, understand their career goals, and help them overcome barriers to employment. - Create or identify new job opportunities within the community. - Guide candidates through the full hiring process, from application to placement. - Offer career coaching and support that makes a real impact on people’s lives. - Extend contingent job offers to qualified candidates. - Recruit candidates who align with client expectations. - Manage and grow multiple social media pages to attract top talent.

To excel in this role, you’ll need: - 1+ year of customer service experience —you know how to connect with people. - Experience using a multi-line phone system —you’re comfortable juggling calls. - The ability to type 40 WPM —you’re efficient and detail-oriented.
