HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a part-time outpatient opportunity with an established community-focused healthcare organization in California's East Bay.

The Opportunity

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide primary and continuing medical care for pediatric, adolescent and adult patients.

Your practice may include:

• Preventive and wellness care
• Acute and episodic primary care
• Chronic disease management
• Diabetes, hypertension and asthma management
• Women's health
• Pediatric and adolescent care
• Health screenings and physical examinations
• Immunizations and preventive services
• Medication management
• Patient education and counseling
• Referrals and coordination with specialists when appropriate
• Collaboration with advanced practice providers and other members of the care team

Qualifications

We're interested in speaking with physicians who have:

• MD or DO degree
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Appropriate residency training
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine preferred
• Strong primary care clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

Physicians from closely aligned primary-care backgrounds may also be considered, depending on experience.

Schedule:  Part-time, flexible schedule

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience and schedule. Additional compensation details will be discussed directly with qualified candidates as they become available.
