Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients on the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health management
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Michigan (or compact state)
- BLS certification required
- MS/Tele experience preferred
- Willingness to complete facility-specific competency testing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Adaptability to fast-paced environment
