Print Shop Clerk

Job Description Job Description Job Summary Client is seeking a Print Shop Clerk for 2nd shift operations to support high-volume print, mail, and document production services at an onsite facility in Woonsocket, RI. This role supports day-to-day production workflows including copying, printing, scanning, mail distribution, shipping/receiving, and equipment maintenance. The assignment is to cover an employee on leave, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment Perform binding, finishing, and quality checks on printed materials Manage incoming and outgoing mail, fax, shipping, and receiving functions Maintain print production logs, billing records, and supply inventory Troubleshoot minor equipment issues (paper jams, basic maintenance alerts) Ensure copiers and print devices are stocked, functional, and clean Use bindery and finishing tools (cutters, staplers, shrink-wrap, joggers, etc.) Support file handling, archiving, and document management processes Assist with office support tasks including meeting room setups and light facility support Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders regarding job requests and status updates Follow safety and operational procedures in a high-volume production environment Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic PC skills (MS Office, email, file handling) Ability to operate office production and print equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required Good organizational and prioritization skills Work Environment Onsite role in a production/print operations environment Standing workstation for extended periods May involve physical handling of materials and equipment Safety-sensitive work environment Additional Details This role supports high-volume print and mail operations May include occasional overtime, evenings, or weekend support Opportunity for long-term extension or possible conversion to permanent role based on performance Education: Associate's Degree Company Description Compunnel Software Group, Inc., the parent organization of Compunnel Healthcare has expanded its staffing services within the blooming healthcare industry.
