- Diagnose and repair multiple different vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform maintenance and factory-recommended services
- Utilize the latest diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop environment
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Ford experience preferred, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work
- Someone who values teamwork and takes pride in helping build a great culture
