RN Unit Manager

McArthur Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents’ needs. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the unit with professionalism and adaptability Maintain exceptional documentation standards and adhere to required deadlines Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Train and guide employees until they are capable and confident in completing all necessary paperwork for the units Assist with orientation sessions for new employees under the direction of the DON Requirements: The Charge Nurse (LPN) must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.
