At our Chesterfield location, we are committed to delivering consistent quality, a strong team culture, and a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.Your Impact• Deliver a refined, modern, and thoughtfully curated guest experience aligned with AC Marriott's philosophy of purposeful service• Create seamless, efficient, and elevated arrival and departure experiences• Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, personalized service• Serve as a key point of contact while maintaining a polished and professional presenceYour ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience and Front Desk Operations• Process check-ins and check-outs including verifying identification, securing payment, and issuing room keys• Maintain accurate guest accounts and reservations• Provide clear, concise information about the hotel and local area• Anticipate guest needs and follow through on requests• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually aligned front desk areaFinancial Responsibilities• Process all payment types accurately• Balance and reconcile transactions and reportsCollaboration and Communication• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to support guest needs• Communicate professionally with guests and team membersService Recovery• Address guest concerns with urgency and professionalism• Escalate issues when appropriateStandards and Compliance• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards• Uphold AC Marriott brand presentation and service expectationsYour Skills/Experience• 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred• Experience in a fast paced service environment requiredTechnical Skills• Familiarity with property management systems preferred• Basic computer and POS proficiencyCore Competencies• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to multitask and remain composed• Problem solving abilityBrand Alignment• Ability to deliver a refined, European inspired guest experience• Maintains a polished and professional demeanorPhysical Requirements• Ability to stand for extended periods• Ability to lift up to 10 poundsAbout Prime Hospitality GroupPrime Hospitality Group started with five Ruth's Chris Steak House restaurants and swiftly grew to twelve locations, becoming the largest franchise group of the global brand.
