Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at City View Post Acute, you will play a vital role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. Conduct comprehensive resident evaluations and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Deliver skilled physical therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for licensure. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
