Surgical Technologist (Main OR) - Mercy Hospital NWA (Days)

Find your calling at Mercy! Performs the primary function of a Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room. Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Qualifications:

• Education : High-School Diploma or GED required. This is a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) position . The Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program per the National Board of Surgical Technology is required. You may be asked to provide proof of education.

• Certifications : Certified Surgical Technologist ( CST ) certification required.

• Experience : New graduate up to experienced surgical technologist experience.

• Other : Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to perform job-related functions safely and successfully, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law
