As a Remote Insurance Agent, you'll work directly with clients to deliver personalized insurance and financial protection solutions, including life insurance, indexed universal life (IUL) policies, annuities, and additional coverage options tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients who have already requested information about insurance products

• Evaluate client needs and recommend the right coverage solutions, including life insurance and financial protection plans

• Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and long-term financial security strategies

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service

• Manage and track client interactions using our CRM platform

• Follow a proven, step-by-step sales system to guide prospects from first contact through policy placement

• Work inbound leads provided directly by the company — no cold calling required

• Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed personal sales goals

• Collaborate with teammates and mentors in a supportive remote environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow

• Ability to work independently and stay accountable in a remote setting

• Coachable and open to learning new systems, tools, and strategies

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication platforms

• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus — but not required

• Must be willing to obtain required insurance licensing (if not already licensed); we'll guide you through the process
