Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary:

Experienced Enterprise Project Manager responsible for leading multiple high-priority IT projects within healthcare insurance environments. This role involves managing project plans, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful and timely project execution. Responsibilities:

• Develop business requirements and build detailed project plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track progress and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Create and maintain key project management documents and artifacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.
• Support multiple high-profile projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Strong project management and project planning experience.
• Experience with risk management, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
• Background in healthcare insurance IT environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems.
• Preferred certification: PMP.
• Experience with SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.

Special Considerations:

• Must be able to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors in a healthcare IT environment.
• Effective communication with executive leadership is essential.

Scheduling:

• Work Type: Hybrid.
• Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
• Hours: 40 hours/week.
• Duration: 12 months.
• Interview: 1 round, virtual/online.
