I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed. I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons. Giving back to the community is important to me. I am actively involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, support Habitat for Humanity, and enjoy participating in initiatives that help strengthen and grow our community. Our agency offers a gym membership, Simple IRA, Aspirant Program opportunities, and ongoing personal and professional development. Our culture is positive, hardworking, and team-oriented. I'm looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, coachable, and enjoys helping others. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mallory Pfingstler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
