Pharma Program Manager: IND Readiness Lead (On-site, SD)

A staffing agency in the pharmaceutical sector seeks a Program Manager in San Diego for a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will have 6-8+ years in biotech or pharma with experience in program management through both early and late phases. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing program strategies, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and PMP certification are highly desired.
