Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development Location: Phoenix, AZ Full‑Time | Onsite Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Role Overview A civil and transportation engineering firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and site development projects from planning through execution. This role focuses on technical leadership, project management, client relationship development, and successful project delivery within a collaborative engineering environment.
