As a Designated Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (DNA/CNA), you provide direct, hands‑on care that supports residents’ clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative needs in our skilled nursing community. What You’ll Do: Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times You play a critical role in promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for every resident you serve. What We’re Looking For: Active CNA certification per state regulations High School Diploma/GED Skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to remain calm in challenging situations Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service times Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Compassionate Care with Real Career Growth Certified Nursing Assistant CNA | Skilled Nursing Pay Range: 17.30 - 21.70 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
