Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Treat residents one on one in individualized attention through private functional-based treatment sessions. Individualize treatment sessions for each patient. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
