We’re a fast-paced, family-style café and bakery known for our hearty comfort food, famous cheesecakes, and rustic charm. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all grill menu items to Oak Barrel standards
• Operate grill and fryer stations efficiently during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your work area
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Take pride in consistency and presentation

Qualifications

• Previous grill or line cook experience required
• Strong work ethic and dependability — we rely on each other
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
