Primary Responsibilities

The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Configure and extend Salesforce CPQ, including product and pricing rules, bundles, discount schedules, approval flows, and quote templates.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration middleware.
• Translate business requirements from Sales and Service partners into functional and non-functional specifications, and deliver working solutions end-to-end.
• Analyze new requests considering scalability, reliability, performance, and governor limits, and produce clear technical documentation and design deliverables.
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver work through the SDLC, including code review, unit testing, and release management.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and risks clearly to business partners, product owners, and other engineers.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools responsibly to improve developer productivity, code quality, test coverage, and documentation while following security, privacy, and code review standards.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
• 5+ years’ experience implementing and developing with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously
