PeopleShare is now hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading third-party logistics (3PL) company in Elwood, IL. This facility supports Walmart store operations by handling the equipment, fixtures, parts, and supplies used in Walmart locations nationwide. If you have warehouse experience and are looking for a stable opportunity with consistent hours and weekly pay, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
• Process inbound and outbound shipments
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Perform inventory control and cycle counting
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support general labor duties as needed
• Work in multiple departments based on business needs

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, or general labor preferred
• Experience using RF scanners required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Stand-up forklift experience preferred
• This is not a full-time forklift position
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Schedule & Breaks

• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Two 15-minute paid breaks per shift
• Consistent full-time schedule
