Parts Clerk

Empire Cooler Service has been the leading supplier of refrigeration and ice making equipment in the Chicago area since 1932. We lease and service equipment to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, warehouses, corporate offices and more. We are a “white-glove service company” whose goal is to anticipate and exceed our customer's needs in this ever-changing hospitality market.

We are looking to add a Full-Time Parts Clerk to our growing team!

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Parts Clerk is responsible for inventory cycle counting processes, parts replenishment, organizational process improvement initiatives and more!

• Assisting in the management of technician and affiliate parts replenishment
• Conducting and maintaining routine cycle counting processes
• Preparing crosscountry inventory shipments
• Implementing and maintaining continuous organizational improvement initiatives
• Supporting technician and customer requests
Skills and Qualifications:
• 25 years progressive experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment
• Working knowledge of computers / inventory databases
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Meticulous attention to detail.
