Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Elba, AL

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient vital signs, report any changes or concerns to nursing staff, and collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, to promote patients' independence and comfort

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and quality care standards

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with latest clinical practices and guidelines

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Information:

• Shifts Available: 7a-730p or 7p-730a

• LPN Pay Rate: $27/hr.-$32.27/hr.
