Serving clients in their homes and community settings Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking for a rewarding career helping others? We're seeking a Transitional Aide to join our care team!
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on support and companionship to clients as they transition between services or care locations.
- Assist with daily living activities and individualized care needs.
- Work closely with our care team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Travel to different client homes as assigned.
Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Must be flexible with hours schedules vary based on client needs.
- Driving is required for certain tasks and client support.
- Dependable and timely
- Support clients one-on-one in their homes
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable, caring, and adaptable team member
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
