We are a small, tight-knit team of master fabricators creating custom high‑end wood and metal furniture and architectural elements for discerning clients. From sleek modern furniture to bold architectural installations, our work blends detailed craftsmanship with artistic vision. About the Role We’re hiring a full‑time Metal Fabricator to join our shop in creating high‑quality furniture and architectural elements. This is a long‑term opportunity for a skilled fabricator who appreciates modern design and wants to grow with a respected team. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2+ years of TIG/MIG welding and custom fabrication experience. Exceptional TIG welding skills across multiple alloys — mild steel, aluminum, brass, and bronze. The ability to deliver expert grinding and finishing that meets the highest furniture‑grade standards. Strong understanding of architectural blueprints and shop drawings. Proficiency with a wide range of shop tools and machinery (mill, lathe, plate roller, bandsaws, etc.). Physical strength to comfortably handle 100+ lbs and a willingness to tackle varied tasks — from precision welding to finishing, assembly, and onsite installations. Most importantly, you’re a detail‑obsessed, reliable team player with excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a professional, motivated attitude. What We Offer Full‑time, long‑term position – Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Starting pay $30-35 per hour DOE. 3‑month trial period, then full benefits: 80 hours PTO. 100% company‑paid healthcare plan (+ vision & dental) for the employee. Simple IRA plan with company match.
