More information is available at Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely processing of client requests, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient shipping and handling of supplies and equipment. What You Will Work On Process client requests and fulfill supply and equipment orders in a timely and accurate manner Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping goods to client locations, ensuring proper handling and documentation Build and assemble medical kits according to established standards and specifications Maintain and organize inventory, including tracking stock levels and updating records through data entry Monitor inventory for expired or near‑expired products and take appropriate action Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies Support logistics procurement activities, including sourcing and coordinating materials as needed Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned What You Will Bring 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems (ERP or similar tools preferred) Familiarity with shipping processes, carriers, and basic logistics coordination Ability to lift, pack, and move materials as needed in a warehouse or operational environment Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks Experience working with medical supplies or regulated materials is a plus Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
