Job Title:
HR Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including data entry into HRIS systems.
• Prepare, collect, and maintain employment documentation, including I-9 forms, employment agreements, and onboarding records.
• Manage candidate relocation documentation and reimbursement processes & process invoices and payments for contractors, interns, and HR vendors.
• Maintain and update employee data within HR systems and related databases.
• Generate employment verification letters and other employee documentation & maintain HR records, employee rosters, and departmental documentation.
• Monitor compliance requirements and follow up on required actions, including I-9 reverifications and contract renewals.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation.
• Respond to inquiries received through the HR shared inbox and direct requests to the appropriate HR team member.
• Assist with HR reporting, process documentation, and system improvement initiatives.

Support additional HR projects and administrative activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR coordination, HR administration, onboarding, payroll support, or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & experience maintaining confidential employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint & experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
