A healthcare organization is looking for a Phlebotomy Manager for a full-time opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts.

- Full-time, 40 hours/week \n
- Manage inpatient phlebotomy and laboratory operations \n
- Oversee staff, quality, compliance, and laboratory safety \n
- Provide leadership and support for regulatory standards \n

- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applicable science \n
- Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience \n
- Familiarity with CAP and Joint Commission requirements \n
- Laboratory certification preferred \n
