Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in a bustling city in the US. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting Train and supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff to ensure high‑quality service and food preparation Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment according to health codes and company standards Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate operations and achieve overall business goals Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast‑paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service standards Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month. Location Our restaurant is located in a vibrant city in the US. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the city.
