Strategic Security Services TX, LLC is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Level II Security Officers for a full-time unarmed assignment at a 24/7 supportive housing community in the Mueller area near Airport Blvd. and I-35. This is an observe-and-report position focused on maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Officers will conduct routine foot patrols approximately every 30 minutes, monitor common areas, document incidents, complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs), utilize our ECHO-911 dispatch and radio system, assist with minor property tasks such as locking and unlocking common areas, and provide exceptional customer service while working closely with property management and emergency responders when needed.

Current Full-Time Schedule Options:

Schedule A: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Schedule B: Sunday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM, Wednesday-Saturday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Off Monday & Tuesday)

Schedule C: Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday & Tuesday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Off Wednesday-Friday)

We are looking for officers who are professional, proactive, dependable, and possess strong communication and de-escalation skills. This position offers consistent full-time schedules, company-issued equipment, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to make a positive impact within the community.

Scheduled Start Date: Late August 2026. Interviews begin July 21, 2026. As positions are filled and onboarding is completed, qualified applicants may be offered an earlier start date based on operational needs. Requirements:

Active Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License or willingness to obtain one prior to deployment. Licensing assistance and training are available for qualified applicants.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a criminal background check and any client-required screening.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting routine foot patrols.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to complete accurate reports.

Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude.

Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict de-escalation skills.

Comfortable working evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

Ability to operate smartphones, tablets, radios, and computer-based reporting systems (ECHO-911 training provided).

Previous security, customer service, residential, hospitality, or supportive housing experience is preferred but not required.

Must demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
